I've spent my career at the intersection of people, purpose, and organizational change.

The journey has taken me from nonprofit leadership to advising business leaders and visionaries. As Senior Vice President of Inclusive Leadership and Opportunity at the Greater Houston Partnership, I lead a first-of-its-kind initiative to help the business community enhance inclusion. Through my firm, CauseAdvance, I‘ve partnered with local and national organizations to translate strategy into sustainable operational plans and embed inclusive practices and equity into culture.

My philanthropic work runs deep. I completed the first research studies on the charitable giving patterns of Houston women and Houston's Black donors — work that continues to shape how we understand local generosity. 

As a former Donor Engagement Director at the Greater Houston Community Foundation and convener of Black Philanthropy Houston, I've sat on every side of the giving relationship — and I understand what it takes to move from transactional giving to genuine community investment. This understanding shapes everything I do, including SeedSwell, an initiative I founded to connect givers and nonprofits and build a more collaborative giving ecosystem.

A proud native Houstonian and fifth-generation Texan, I'm honored to partner and co-create with the leaders and changemakers in the city I love and across the country.
