As Donor Engagement Director at the Greater Houston Community Foundation, I counseled high-net-worth donors, stewarded a $20M Donor-Advised Fund portfolio, and advised on grants for the Hurricane Harvey Relief Fund, the Youth Homelessness Fund, and the Houston Super Bowl Host Committee. 

I founded SeedSwell and Black Philanthropy Houston to increase everyday giving and support strategic philanthropy.

As Senior Vice President, Inclusive Leadership and Opportunity at the Greater Houston Partnership, I lead a first-of-its-kind initiative engaging 120 organizations across 11 industries, making Houston the first major U.S. metro to take a data-driven approach to measuring progress on inclusion.

I have advised collaborative funders, foundations, and designed content for professional advisors and next generation donors.

As Executive Director of The Women’s Resource of Greater Houston, I expanded programs by 130% during a major economic downturn. I have also helped national and statewide advocacy organizations build leadership and operational capacity. 

A native Houstonian and fifth-generation Texan, I am honored to partner and co-create with the leaders and changemakers shaping the city I love.
