I’ve spent my career at the intersection of people, purpose, and organizational change — leading nonprofits, advising donors, coaching teams, and helping communities build the infrastructure for generosity to grow.

This path has taken me from the boardroom to the community foundation to the coaching. As Senior Vice President of Inclusive Leadership and Opportunity at the Greater Houston Partnership, I work at the regional level to help businesses enhance inclusive practices Through my firm, CauseAdvance, LLC, I work directly with leaders and organizations navigating the human side of change and mobilizing resources to support impact.

My philanthropic work runs deep. As a former Donor Engagement Director at the Greater Houston Community Foundation and convener of Black Philanthropy Houston, I’ve sat on every side of the giving relationship — and I understand what it takes to move from transactional giving to genuine community investment. That understanding shapes everything I do, including SeedSwell (https://seedswell.org), a Houston-based initiative I founded to connect givers, nonprofits, and community leaders and build a more collaborative giving ecosystem.
