Inclusive Leadership | Strategic Philanthropy | Systems Change
Aligning Values & Impact
I have spent two decades helping leaders, organizations, and donors move from good intentions to lasting impact.
Whether advising on philanthropic strategy, organizational effectiveness, or leading a regional initiative across 120+ corporate and institutional partners to advance inclusion, I specialize in translating high-level vision into clear, results-driven strategy.
I've sat on every side of the table — as Donor Engagement Director at the Greater Houston Community Foundation, where I served as key relationship manager for a $20M donor-advised fund portfolio; as Executive Director of the Women's Resource of Greater Houston, where I scaled financial literacy programming by 130%; as Director of External Relations at City Year; and as Chief Operating Officer of Fifth Ward Community Redevelopment Corporation. At the Greater Houston Partnership, my work has helped make Houston the first major U.S. metro to take a data-driven approach to advancing talent development and small business access.
My expertise spans strategic grantmaking, high-net-worth philanthropic advising, board governance, stakeholder engagement, racial equity, and impact measurement.
This broad experience and my understanding of systems shapes everything I do and is why I founded SeedSwell — a new initiative to close the gap between Houston's resources and community need.
A proud native Houstonian and fifth-generation Texan, I am honored to partner and co-create with leaders and changemakers in the city I love.
